Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix all the marinade ingredients: spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce. Place the chicken fillet into the marinade. Add garlic pressed through a garlic press.
- 2
Step 2

Soak the prunes in boiling water. Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
- 3
Step 3

The meat has been marinating for 30 minutes. Take it out. Make a small pocket in the meat, but make sure there are no holes all the way through. Otherwise, the cheese will leak out through these holes.
- 4
Step 4

Place the chopped prunes into the pocket. Add some of the grated cheese. Close tightly.
- 5
Step 5

Make a boat shape from foil. Place the stuffed fillet inside. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the meat in the oven for 25 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Place the remaining cheese on the almost cooked meat and return the meat to the oven. Bake for another 5 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the meat at the table. It's so aromatic. The sweetness of the filling and the wonderful aroma from the marinade will work their magic.
