Chicken breast in creamy sauce
Description
This recipe won't take much time. 1. First, wash and dry the chicken fillet. Season it with salt and pepper on all sides, and add tarragon (you can use any spices or herbs to taste). 2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the fillet in the pan and sear on both sides until golden brown. 3. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion. 4. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and place it onto a preheated plate (to keep it warm). 5. Add a bit more oil to the skillet and sauté the chopped onion over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden. 6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet. 7. Dilute the mustard in a small amount of water and pour it over the chicken. 8. Add the cream, and season with a little salt and pepper. 9. Chicken breast in creamy sauce should not boil; reduce the heat to the lowest setting. 10. Simmer for about 3–5 minutes until fully cooked, then serve immediately with your favorite side dish or vegetables. Serve hot.
