Chicken breast as a main course
Description
This recipe is for quick cooking, but if you marinate the chicken overnight, it will be even more flavorful. The breast is cooked using two frying pans, which allows the meat to cook faster and more evenly, remaining juicy and tender.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Then mix olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and crushed garlic. Rub the mixture onto the chicken and let it marinate for 2 hours.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Heat a skillet over medium heat. When the vegetable oil is hot, place the breasts skin-side down.
- 3
Step 3

Cover the meat with foil and place another skillet on top. Reduce the heat and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Place the seared chicken breast on a baking sheet and cook for another approximately 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
