
Chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These rolls look incredibly appetizing, and their taste will definitely not disappoint you. In this case, processed cheese is used, but you can use hard or soft cream cheese—both will be great too. Serve the dish hot with a sauce or your favorite side dish.

1. Wash the broccoli, separate into florets, and boil in salted water for 3–5 minutes (depending on size). Drain in a colander, dry, and cool.

2. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and place it on a piece of plastic wrap. Cover the meat with another piece of plastic wrap and carefully pound it. Be careful not to tear the meat!

3. Salt, pepper, add paprika, garlic powder, or other spices.

4. Cut the cheese into small pieces and place on the edge of the cutlet.

6. Carefully roll the chicken breast into a tight roll and secure the edges with toothpicks.

7. Place on a preheated skillet and sear over high heat until a crust forms on both sides.

8. Transfer the seared rolls into a heatproof dish and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. The chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheese will be ready in about half an hour.
