The recipe won't take much time. Thanks to Asian cuisine, we now have many new products that, in my opinion, fit perfectly into our everyday lives. Take soy sauce, for example—it turns out to be an excellent option for marinating various meats. Today I'm sharing with you a simple recipe for chicken drumsticks in soy sauce. All the hassle with numerous spices disappears, as soy sauce already contains almost everything needed to make the chicken tasty and juicy. Therefore, I highly recommend everyone get a bottle of this sauce and try making soy sauce chicken drumsticks at home. You'll see just how easy, quick, and delicious it is. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

We thoroughly wash the chicken before cooking and dry it with a towel, then place it in a bowl.

Step 2

Now let's move on to the sauce. Put a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste into a small bowl, add minced garlic, and pour in soy sauce. Mix everything well. You can add salt and ground pepper if desired, but in my opinion, there's already enough of both.

Step 3

Now pour the prepared mixture over the chicken and mix it well with the drumsticks. Let it marinate for about 15–20 minutes; you can leave it longer if you wish, but for me, this amount of time is sufficient.

Step 4

After the time has passed, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the drumsticks on it.

Step 5

Then place the chicken in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 40–45 minutes, while in the meantime we can prepare the side dish.
