Chicken baked with cheese

   First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a separate container, beat the egg whites, and in another one, mix the breadcrumbs and grated cheddar.

   Rinse the chicken breast under water and cut it into thin strips. Dip each strip first into egg whites, then into breadcrumbs with cheese. Place the prepared chicken strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover the chicken with foil on top. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, then add butter and bake for another 10 minutes.
