Chicken baked with vegetables in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Baked chicken with vegetables in the oven is the perfect choice for any lunch or dinner, whether festive or ordinary. It's easy to make, and while it's baking, you can take care of your household chores or simply relax after a long day at work. Another thing I love about baked chicken with vegetables is that the recipe can be easily adjusted—feel free to add different vegetables, spices, etc. In short, experiment! :) The finished dish is ready to be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the chicken legs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Arrange the potatoes next to them. If the potatoes are young, you can just wash them thoroughly; otherwise, peel them :) Cut large potatoes into pieces.

Step 2

Add mushrooms to the chicken and potatoes. Coat everything with olive oil. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Slice the zucchini; you can peel them if you like (I bake zucchini with the skin on). Finely chop the red onion and garlic. Mix everything together and place over the chicken legs on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Add chili powder and ground black pepper. Evenly sprinkle them over the vegetables and chicken; you don't need to rub or mix them in. The spices will blend with the juices from the vegetables and chicken during baking, providing the necessary flavor and aroma :)

Step 5

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake the chicken for 45–60 minutes. Your chicken baked with vegetables in the oven is ready!
