Chicken in tomato paste
Description
The dish is prepared without any unnecessary complications. Perhaps my favorite chicken recipe is chicken in tomato paste. The cooking method is very simple, it doesn't require many ingredients, and you don't need to stand by the stove constantly attending to it. Essentially, the dish cooks itself. Yet the result is better than in any restaurant. I highly recommend it. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Heat oil with garlic in a skillet, add the chicken pieces, and fry until the chicken forms a light crust on all sides.
- 2
Step 2

When the chicken develops a light golden crust on all sides, pour in the wine.

Step 3

When the wine has almost evaporated, add the tomato paste and spices, then continue simmering over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through. If the liquid reduces too much, add water or broth as needed. Once the chicken is done (you can check by piercing one of the pieces – if the juice runs clear, it's ready), remove the dish from heat and serve.
