Chicken with cheese coating (Parmesan)

Description

You can serve this chicken with mashed potatoes or any type of pasta. At the same time as the chicken, you can prepare a tomato sauce, place the chicken on top, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven. Be sure to eat the chicken while it's hot, otherwise the meat may dry out inside.

    1. Rinse rosemary and thyme, remove the stems and chop finely. Grate Parmesan on a medium grater. In a bowl, mix Parmesan (20 grams), breadcrumbs, thyme, and rosemary.

    2. Rinse the chicken thighs. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with pepper and salt. Evenly coat the thighs with flour on both sides. Beat an egg in a separate container and mix thoroughly.
