
Chicken in teriyaki sauce with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of honey, you can use unrefined sugar, and broccoli can easily be replaced with cauliflower. In addition to the listed vegetables, you can add any others to your taste. This dish is best served hot with rice.

To prepare the sauce, mix soy sauce, water, vinegar, and grated ginger root.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the mixture, add the starch, and stir until thickened. Add honey at the end of cooking.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and place on a preheated skillet with olive oil. Peel the carrot, slice into rounds, and add to the meat. Fry, stirring, for 6–8 minutes until cooked through, adding the pressed garlic at the end.

Place the broccoli florets in boiling salted water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water.

Add teriyaki sauce to the chicken, simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add cabbage and mix.
