Chicken in cheese sauce

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip into beaten egg, then evenly coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken in hot oil for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Pour half of the pasta sauce into a glass baking dish. Place the chicken in the sauce, then pour the remaining sauce over the chicken pieces. Spread one tablespoon of dressing on each piece of chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Serve the dish hot.
