Cut the chicken into portion pieces and thoroughly rinse under cold water.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the garlic in it.

Roll each piece of chicken in flour.

Place it on the skillet with the garlic and fry on both sides until golden brown.
