Chicken in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When you first buy a multicooker, you might feel a bit lost about what and how to cook in it. If you're in exactly that situation, I'll gladly help you and show you how to make chicken in a Philips multicooker. I used to cook this dish quite often on the stovetop—it was, so to speak, my signature dish. Honestly, chicken cooked in a Philips multicooker at home turns out no worse, and perhaps even better, than when cooked on a skillet or in the oven. What's especially great is that after cooking, there's no need to clean the stove or tiles from greasy splatters—everything is very convenient, simple, and incredibly delicious. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the necessary ingredients: thoroughly wash the chicken wings and dry them with a towel, and grate the zest from the lemon using a grater.
- 2
Step 2

Now take a small bowl and add lemon zest to it, squeeze lemon juice into the bowl. Add cinnamon, soy sauce, honey, and spices to taste, then mix everything thoroughly.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken wings, mix everything, and let them marinate for 25–30 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

After half an hour, grease the inner pot of the multicooker with vegetable oil and set it to the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. Place the chicken wings (without marinade) into the pot and fry them, turning occasionally.

Step 5

About 20 minutes before the end of the cooking cycle, pour the remaining marinade into the pot and continue cooking the chicken in it.

Step 6

The wings turn out incredibly delicious, juicy, and flavorful—by the way, a perfect snack to enjoy with beer, wine, or champagne. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
