Chicken in milk baked in the oven
Description
To prepare chicken with milk in the oven, there are two methods: one is longer, as it involves marinating the chicken, and the other is the one I described above. You can squeeze juice from lemons, crush garlic, mix it with salt and pepper, and rub this mixture over the outside and inside of the chicken. You can leave it for several hours, preferably overnight. Then proceed with the recipe: sear the chicken and add milk with lemon zest. Never mix lemon juice and milk, as you'll immediately get curdled milk. Add only grated lemon zest to the milk. Good luck and enjoy!

Prepare the chicken, wash, and dry.

Prepare the spices.

Rub the chicken with salt and pepper, heat olive oil in a pot, and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

Drain excess oil, add spices, grated lemon zest, crushed garlic, and milk. Cover with a lid and place in the oven.
