Chicken in a microwave oven in a bag
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I like this simple microwave chicken recipe in a bag for its ease. Usually, when roasting chicken, people add fatty ingredients like oil, bacon, etc., or "juicy" ingredients such as vegetables or fruits—everything aimed at preventing the chicken from turning out dry. Here, however, no tricks are needed—the chicken will be incredibly juicy on its own. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Carefully remove the fatty parts from the chicken without damaging its integrity, and generously rub it with spices. If desired, you can place garlic or slices of fruits/vegetables under the skin—according to your preference.

Step 2

2. Sprinkle the chicken with chopped herbs, place it in a bag. Tie the edges and fold upwards, but make several holes in the center to allow steam to escape. Cook for 30 minutes at 800 power.

3. That's it! The chicken is ready! Remove it from the bag, tie the legs for a nice appearance, and serve!
