Chicken in honey-garlic sauce

Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can serve the chicken whole or cut into portions beforehand. Honey gives the chicken a unique, slightly unusual flavor. This dish goes well with a light mayonnaise-based sauce and any side dish of your choice. See, serve hot.

Wash the chicken carcass, then dry it with paper towels.

Finely chop the garlic or mince it using a press. In a bowl, mix together honey, garlic, chicken seasoning, and add salt. Mix thoroughly.

Place the chicken in a deep bowl and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then serve.
