Chicken marinated in yogurt
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or overnight. The acid in kefir softens the meat fibers and helps form a nice crust when baking. You can bake the meat in the oven or on the grill. Add fresh or dried herbs to the marinade, and don't forget garlic—though if you don't like its aroma, simply leave it out. Serve hot.
