1. You really need a lot of lemons for this dish. Don't be afraid—the chicken won't turn out too sour. If you're using less chicken, you can also reduce the amount of sauce.

2. Wash the chicken, dry it, and cut into portion-sized pieces. You can use only breasts, wings, or legs, for example—any part will work well in the recipe for chicken in lemon sauce.
