Chicken in a Smoker
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Here’s how to smoke the chicken: first, marinate the whole chicken in salt and spices for 2 hours. Prepare the smoker by adding wood chips and setting up the grease tray and grate. Place the chicken on the grate, close the lid, and smoke for 40 minutes over high heat. When the time is up, remove the smoker from the heat, open the lid, and remove the black skin from the chicken. The smoked chicken is ready — you can serve it at the table. Serve the appetizer at the table.
