Description

You can marinate the chicken the night before baking, then place it on parchment paper. You can also wrap the marinated chicken in paper and bake it when needed. However, it's not advisable to store it in parchment paper for too long, as it may become soggy. Don't worry if the paper burns slightly during baking. This may depend on the quality of the parchment paper.

    Separate the chicken fillet from the bone. Cut each half into three pieces. The thickness of the slice should not exceed 1.5 cm.
