
Chicken stewed in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use a whole chicken or just separate parts for this recipe. Wings, thighs, or drumsticks work perfectly. To make the dish less fatty, remove the skin from the poultry before cooking. To check if it's done, the dish is ready to be served.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash under running water. Then dry the poultry with paper towels.

Peel the onion and carrot. Wash them together with the pepper and tomatoes. Cut all the vegetables into pieces. You can cut them into strips.

Transfer the chicken pieces with the vegetables to the multicooker bowl, add salt and oil. Fry the vegetables with the chicken for ten minutes.

Add a glass of water and a bay leaf to the multicooker bowl. Set the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode and cook for half an hour. At the end, add finely chopped herbs.
