Chicken with currants

Description
An original and unusual recipe. Cut the chicken meat into pieces, mix with spices, and place in a casserole dish. Top with currants, sugar, honey, and a garlic clove. Cover with a lid and bake in the oven for 1 hour. Serve with boiled potatoes and any sauce for meat.
