Salsa is a Mexican sauce made primarily with tomatoes, onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Baking chicken in this sauce is pure delight! In a short amount of time, you get a fantastic dinner—the chicken absorbs the flavors of garlic and herbs and turns out nicely spicy.
