Chicken with frozen vegetables

Description

I want to share how to make chicken with frozen vegetables. Before, I always thawed frozen vegetable mixes before cooking to drain off the excess liquid. But this "moist" layer actually helps keep the potatoes and chicken from drying out, so there's no need to thaw the vegetables beforehand.
