
Chicken with ham and cheese

1. Place a piece of cheese and ham on each chicken breast, about 1 cm from the edge. Secure the cheese and ham with toothpicks on the chicken breasts.

2. Mix flour and paprika in a small bowl. Coat the chicken breasts in the prepared mixture on all sides, so that the coating evenly covers the entire chicken.

3. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken until browned on all sides. Add the chicken broth and bouillon granules. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink.

4. Remove the toothpicks and place the chicken breasts onto a serving dish. Keep the chicken warm. Mix the cornstarch with heavy cream in a bowl.
