Chicken with paprika sauce

Description

In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Heat the remaining tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft, for 5 to 6 minutes. Add the remaining tablespoon of paprika and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes and 3/4 cup of water, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Coat the chicken with sour cream and heat through briefly. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with the sauce.
