Description

The recipe won't take much time. These little casseroles will look great not only on an everyday table but also on a festive one—perfect, for example, for a small yet special family lunch. And this is far from its only advantage. In addition to the wonderful taste, which I hope you'll appreciate yourself, chicken with mushrooms in a casserole dish is also very diet-friendly. Consider this: there's no frying involved—all ingredients cook almost in their own juices. Since the casseroles are tightly covered with lids, vitamins and nutrients don't evaporate. Moreover, this is a very filling dish! Chicken, potatoes, mushrooms—this meal will satisfy even a hungry man. At the same time, the recipe for chicken with mushrooms in a casserole is so simple that you can easily cook it together with your children. Oh, and don't forget to make an extra casserole (or even two), because someone at the table will surely ask for seconds. Serve hot.
