Chicken with rice in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make it more delicious and to keep the rice from sticking together and overcooking, I recommend using parboiled rice. Overall, the result resembles pilaf. I suggest using curry and basil when cooking chicken with rice in a pan—these spices will add a touch of piquancy. Instead of prunes, you can even try using dried apricots. The finished dish is ready to be served.
