Spanish-style chicken with rice
Description
Spanish-style chicken is very simple and relatively quick to prepare. You can use either sunflower or olive oil. Use long-grain rice, and preferably red bell pepper, as it makes the dish look more vibrant. Cilantro is often added to this dish, but due to its distinctive smell, it's not for everyone, so you can choose whichever herbs you prefer.
