Chicken with paprika
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest using regular paprika and smoked paprika, along with salt, pepper, and a bit of khmeli-suneli. Cook the chicken in a skillet, though you can also bake it in the oven. Serve the chicken with any side dish you like—grains, potatoes, vegetables, or fresh herbs. Keep this recipe in mind; I'm sure you'll love the result. It turns out very juicy, aromatic, and delicious. Serve hot.

Step 1

Prepare everything from the list. You can use any chicken parts for this recipe—thighs, drumsticks, or breast. It's better to use fresh, not frozen, chicken.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels. Season the thighs with salt, pepper, and khmeli-suneli.

Step 3

Now rub the chicken thoroughly with regular and smoked paprika; it's better to wear gloves while doing this, and you should massage the spices into the meat well. If time allows, marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil, add the chicken, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
