Chicken with onions in beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can cook not only chicken but also pork, especially a pork knuckle, in beer. Use dark beer, as it has a special slightly sweet taste. Don't worry about a distinct beer smell or flavor—you won't notice it at all. The meat turns out incredibly tender, literally melting in your mouth. Serve hot.
