Chicken with ketchup and mayonnaise in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Any chicken parts will work if you don't have a whole chicken. You can use homemade mayonnaise, and the taste of the finished chicken will depend on the type of ketchup. You don't need to use additional oil, as there's enough fat in the mayonnaise and in the chicken itself. Serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for baking chicken with ketchup and mayonnaise in the oven.

Cut the chicken into pieces, rinse and pat dry. Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Place the ketchup in the bowl with the chicken.
