Chicken with potatoes in the microwave

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking chicken with potatoes in the microwave. Peel and rinse the vegetables.

Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry. Cut the chicken into pieces and place in a bowl suitable for microwave cooking. Pour some water over the chicken, just enough to cover the meat.

Place the chicken in the microwave, cover with a lid, and set the microwave mode to 1000 W for 2-3 minutes.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater and place it on top of the chicken.
