Chicken with potatoes in a pot
Description
Cooking chicken with potatoes in a pot at home is very easy. This process takes very little time, and when I don't have time to cook, I always rely on this simple recipe. The dish is healthy because the ingredients are stewed, not fried. Secondly, it's delicious and light. And everyone enjoys it, regardless of their culinary preferences. You can serve the finished dish right in the pots—if your pots hold single portions—or transfer it to plates. If you'd like a crispy crust on the chicken, remove the lid from the pot about 15 minutes before cooking is finished. Happy cooking and

Add 100-150 grams of water to each casserole dish. You can add more if you prefer potatoes with a saucy consistency. Cover the dishes with lids and place them in a cold oven. Turn the oven on to 180-200 degrees and forget about the dishes for about 40 minutes. Then check for doneness and, if necessary, cook a little longer.
