
Chicken with mushrooms in creamy garlic sauce
Description
You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs, chicken drumsticks, or even chicken fillets. The dish can be served with a side of potatoes, porridge, or pasta. Everything is cooked in one skillet, so you won't need to spend much time cleaning up afterward—just enjoy your meal right away.

1. Wash and clean the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic cloves.

2. Season boneless, skinless chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and place the meat in it, frying it on each side until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a plate and cover it with foil.

4. Return the skillet to the heat, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms and cook until the liquid evaporates.
