
Chicken with buckwheat in a roaster
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cooking in a roaster makes the chicken steam better and become very tender. Moreover, if you're preparing the dish for a large number of people, a roaster is the best solution. Serve hot.

1. First, wash all the ingredients.

2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, slice the onion into quarter rings, and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.

3. Add sunflower oil to the casserole dish and sauté the chopped ingredients for about 3 minutes.

4. Now add boiled hot water so that everything is completely covered. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

5. Add buckwheat to the casserole dish and pour in water. After 10–15 minutes, season with salt and pepper. If all the water has evaporated, add a little more so the buckwheat isn't dry, and keep cooking over low heat for another 5 minutes.
