Moroccan-style chicken with dates
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Both the rice and chicken turn out very aromatic and flavorful with a slightly spicy taste. But if you don't like ginger or any other ingredient in this recipe, you can simply omit it. And of course, you don't have to use chicken thighs—any chicken parts will work, even bone-in ones. Serve hot.
