Stewed chicken with prunes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to tell you, serve it hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Thaw the chicken, rinse under cold water, and let the water drain off. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Wash all the vegetables as well, and pour boiling water over the cellophane noodles and prunes (separately). Fry the chicken with potatoes in vegetable oil (since potatoes take the longest to cook). Add salt and spices to taste.

Step 2

2. Chop all the vegetables, add them to the chicken once it turns golden, and sauté everything together until excess moisture evaporates. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Pour the mixture over the skillet, add soaked prunes and mushrooms, then simmer under a lid over low heat.

Step 3

3. When the mixture starts to bubble, add boiling water until it covers about half of all the vegetables, as shown in the photo. Add the soaked, swollen noodles here as well. Cook until the liquid has slightly reduced.
