Chicken with pancakes

Description

Remove the skin from the chicken and take off the chicken meat. Prepare the filling: chop and fry the chicken meat, then add mushrooms and onion. Cook the pancakes. Wrap the filling in the pancakes. Stuff the chicken skin with the filled pancakes. Sew up the chicken. Place the chicken on a baking tray and put it in the oven. When the skin turns golden brown, remove it from the oven. Transfer onto a serving dish and garnish.
