Chicken with basil

Basil perfectly complements and enhances the amazing aroma of roasted meat. This dish can even be served on a festive table. Highly recommended, and even a beginner cook can prepare it. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Cooking chicken with basil at home is very easy. I baked chicken drumsticks, but you can use any part of the chicken. First, start boiling the potatoes.

2. Prepare the meat and a container with high sides in which the chicken will be baked. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper.

3. Wash the tomatoes and basil as well, and set them aside to wait their turn. Now grease the baking dish.

4. Place the chicken there, with the potato cooked to semi-readiness on the sides, and tomatoes and basil on top.

5. Now you can put our meat with vegetables into the preheated oven at 170 degrees. Bake the chicken for no more than half an hour. Optionally, sprinkle the top with cheese.
