Chicken with quince in cider
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Quince will give our chicken a delightful flavor and aroma. Quince fruits have a sour, astringent taste with firm flesh, somewhat resembling an unripe apple with a hint of pear. Chicken with quince in cider is ready. Serve with potatoes or rice as a side dish. Alternatively, you can serve fried quince as a side. Serve hot.
