Chicken with apricots baked in the oven

Description

This baked chicken with apricots at home is certainly not an everyday dish. And, in my opinion, not everyone will enjoy the sweet and sour flavor. However, I must say that everyone I've served this dish to so far has liked it! So give it a try—it's original and very delicious.

   1. Slice the potatoes thinly and arrange them on the bottom of a greased baking sheet. Add spices to taste.

   2. Next, cut the chicken into small portion-sized pieces, rub with spices, and place on top of the potatoes. Mix tomato paste with apricot juice, then pour over the dish.
