Chicken with teriyaki sauce

   Step 1

   Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

   Marinate the chicken, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

   Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water

   In a small skillet, mix the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil and add the starch mixture.

   Stir until thickened.

   Mix the sauce with the chicken and place in the oven (180°C) until cooked through.

   Cut the chicken into pieces of the desired size, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
