Chicken in marinade
Description
The homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. This delicious meat dish is perfect for an evening with friends over a glass of beer or cider. I recommend not cutting the chicken breast right away after grilling—let it rest for 15 minutes to keep the chicken juicy. This amount of marinade is enough for 2-3 chicken fillets, depending on their size. These spicy steaks will pair wonderfully with vegetables or potatoes. Try preparing marinated chicken using my recipe—it's really delicious. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Place garlic, cumin seeds, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and 2 dried spicy tomatoes into the food processor bowl (you can add more if you prefer spicier dishes).
- 2
Step 2

Turn on the blender and process all the ingredients until smooth. The consistency should be as shown in the photo. If you blend it longer, the marinade will turn into watery liquid, which is not what we want.

Step 3

Pour the marinade over the chicken and mix well, making sure the chicken is fully coated on all sides. Cover the container with a tight lid and let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Place the chicken on a preheated grill. Cook each side for 6-10 minutes.
