And now I've found a Thai-style chicken recipe and prepared it at home. It turned out even better than in a restaurant! Thai-style chicken is a perfect way to spice up your everyday lunch or dinner. First, let's make the sauce. Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter (1 tablespoon) in it, then add the crushed garlic and chopped nuts (50 grams). Fry everything for about a minute.

Mix the lemon juice with sugar, you can even melt the sugar in the juice in the microwave. Add the sweet lemon juice to a saucepan, along with soy sauce, chili pepper, salt, and peppercorns. Stir everything together and simmer for about four minutes. Then set aside.

Take a frying pan, melt the butter (6 tablespoons) in it, and add the chicken cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper and fry on all sides. Once all sides of the pieces have changed color, set the chicken aside. Do not overcook it! We will still be simmering it later.

Boil the noodles.

Boil the eggs and chop them into small pieces.

Return the chicken to the heat.

Fry it until cooked through, then add the cooked noodles and eggs literally in just two minutes. Grate the carrot into thin matchsticks. Add it together with the noodles and eggs.
