
Peking-style chicken

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Peking-style chicken is a very tasty dish that can be made within 20 minutes. This is what distinguishes all Eastern cuisine. Preparing any dishes usually takes no more than 30 minutes, saving a lot of time. At the same time, in terms of flavor, Eastern cuisine is certainly no worse than Western cuisine. Beat the egg. Add flour and starch to it, pour in the oil, and add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well, then add chicken cut into small pieces. Stir to combine.

Place a skillet over high heat. Pour in olive oil (don't skimp) and brown the chicken in batches until a nice crust forms.

We blot the finished pieces with a paper towel (to absorb excess fat) and place them on a plate.

Grate the zest of two oranges.

At the same time, sauté finely chopped garlic and green onion in a drop of oil.

Then add all the remaining ingredients to the skillet. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of starch in 100 ml of water and pour it in. Also add soy sauce, rice vinegar, juice of two oranges, zest, ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well and cook the sauce until it thickens.
