1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet until evenly thin. Dredge chicken breasts in the flour mixture. Set aside. Cook spaghetti in a pot of salted water until done.

2. Heat olive oil and butter together in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove chicken breasts from the skillet and keep warm.

3. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and gently stir for 2 minutes. Pour in the wine and cook until the liquid is reduced by half, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix until smooth. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped parsley and mix.

5. Carefully place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
