1. First, peel, wash, and slice the potatoes into rounds. Boil them in salted boiling water for 9 minutes. Then drain the water. At the same time, finely chop both types of onion. Cut the carrots diagonally.

2. Rub the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Sear it with 1 teaspoon of oil for 3 minutes on one side and another 2 minutes on the other side. Then transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. While the chicken is baking, prepare the potatoes. Mix them with half of the shallot. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper. Top with grated cheese. Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle green onions on top.

4. Now prepare the carrots. Place them in a sauté pan with sugar, butter, salt, pepper, and pour in water (100 ml). Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 7 minutes. Then reduce the heat and let the carrots glaze over for 6 minutes.
