
Spicy Hot Chicken
Description
To give the chicken a spicy and flavorful taste, prepare a sauce. The sauce is made with ingredients such as cayenne pepper, honey, soy sauce, balsamic sauce, flour, and chili pepper.

1. Rinse the chicken under cold running water and cut it into portion-sized pieces. We will need wings, drumsticks, and thighs (no breast meat). Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix balsamic sauce and soy sauce. Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and add to the sauce, then add sesame seeds. Place the chicken pieces into the prepared marinade and mix thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for about two hours. Then take the chicken out of the refrigerator, remove the marinade and onions from the pieces (do not discard the marinade!).

2. In a skillet, sear the chicken in olive oil for about ten minutes on each side over high heat. Add two tablespoons of chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer for another ten minutes, covered.

3. Prepare the sauce. Warm the broth in a small saucepan. Add the marinade (balsamic vinegar and soy sauce), heat for about ten minutes, then add cayenne pepper, flour, and honey, stirring constantly (the sauce should thicken). Strain the sauce.

4. In a pan, fry the cherry tomatoes in olive oil, then coat them in sesame seeds.

5. Serve the chicken hot, with tomatoes and sauce.
