Chicken fried in a pan with mayonnaise

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You don't necessarily have to use chicken thighs to cook chicken in a pan with mayonnaise. They can easily be replaced with wings or drumsticks. However, thighs have more meat. The choice is yours. Serve the chicken with pasta or potatoes. See the recipe.    Rinse the chicken drumsticks, then season with salt and pepper.

   Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Generously coat the chicken with the dressing. Let it sit for half an hour.
